Dax Hays, co-owner and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Stonehaven Behavioral Health & Wellness, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a firm foundation in cognitive behavioral theory (CBT) combined with a person-centered approach, as well as a trauma specialist trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

Dr. Monty Atchley is a mental health therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, who is also a National Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Licensed Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Domestic Violence Counselor, and a Certified Trauma Professional and an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Certified Therapist.

Candice Kelley is a mental health therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) lens, with a person-centered approach that is responsive to individual’s differences. Certified in Infant Mental Health (IMH); she is a trauma specialist trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

VyVy Le is a mental health therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who utilizes several techniques as part of her therapeutic process, but her major theoretical perspective includes a combination of cognitive behavioral theory with a person-centered approach along with a focus on family systems.
Jennifer Hays
COO/Billing

Jennifer Hays, is co-owner and Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Stonehaven Behavioral Health & Wellness. She is also our billing person. She has been a part of the team since 2017. She is responsible the the daily operations of Stonehaven, handling billing, as well as insurance. Feel free to give her a call for any questions concerning insurance. Jennifer works Monday through Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Crissy Thompson is a mental health therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), who integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a strong person-centered approach. She is experienced in treating mental health concerns and strives to affect change within her clients. She is also a trauma specialist with training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

on other end of the phone, is our Office Manager. She has become a part of the team. She is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support. Stacy Adams is a mental health professional, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, by the state of Arkansas. She implements an evidence-based model of therapy: CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), with an emphasis in a person-centered approach to heal those struggling, or seeking improvement. She pulls from a wide variety and range of therapy techniques and models to facilitate best possible results. She has an extensive history in treating multiple diagnoses and issues, including. She is also a grief and trauma specialist with training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
